The visit
The inspection is diagnostic. A technician runs a camera through the lateral, jets it first if roots or grease block the view, marks defects on the surface, and shows you the footage. You get a copy of the recording. If a repair is warranted, a written estimate follows that names the method, the length, the branch connections to be reinstated, permit handling, restoration, and warranty. Nothing is scheduled until you have read it and agreed.
Questions without a service call
